Videographer

Role Summary:

We’re looking for a Videographer who can both shoot and edit short-form videos for social media (Reels/Shorts). This is an onsite role where you will handle the full video workflow - from planning the shoot to delivering final edits ready to post.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot videos onsite: framing, angles, camera movement, lighting setup, and basic audio handling
• Direct talent during shoots (founders/trainers/creators) to get strong delivery and energy
• Edit short-form content (Reels/Shorts): pacing, captions/subtitles, music, cutdowns, and final finishing
• Create multiple versions from one shoot (15s / 30s / 45s edits)
• Deliver content with consistent quality and fast turnaround
• Iterate edits based on feedback and what performs best

Requirements:

• Must have hands-on experience in shooting + editing (not an editing-only role)
• Strong understanding of short-form video formats and social media trends
• Good sense of storytelling, hooks, and retention-focused editing
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
• Portfolio is mandatory (3–5 best videos)

Tools / Software (Any)

• Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut
• (After Effects is a plus, not mandatory)
