Job Title: Videographer & Video Editor (Factory & Social Media Content)Location: [Factory Location]Experience: 2-3 Year of experience Job Description: We are looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer & Video Editor who can shoot daily videos inside our factory, edit them professionally, and create engaging content for Instagram and other social media platforms.

The candidate should be comfortable working on the factory floor, capturing real-time production processes, and converting them into attractive short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Posts).

• Key Responsibilities: Capture daily videos and photos of production activities inside the factory
• Shoot behind-the-scenes, process videos, product videos, and team activity videos
• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts, and promotional content
• Add music, captions, transitions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics
• Maintain a daily/weekly content flow for social media
• Coordinate with the marketing/management team for content ideas
• Ensure videos match brand tone, quality, and consistency
• Manage and organize raw footage and edited content
• Upload/post content on Instagram (and other platforms if required)
• Skills & Requirements: Strong skills in video shooting using mobile camera / DSLR / mirrorless camera
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar
• Good understanding of Instagram trends, reels format, and viral content styles
• Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and sound
• Ability to work independently and deliver daily content
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a factory/production environment
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in factory, FMCG, food, or manufacturing videos
• Knowledge of short-form content strategy
• Basic photography skills
