VMC Programmer

VMC Programmer cum setter in New Product development of Automobile Prototype parts & Aerospace parts machining etc.,

Responsibilities and Duties:

·      3 to 5axis Programming with Autodesk (delcam) Power mill Software along with Setting& prove out.

·      NPD Process planning, fixture design & manufacturing.

·      Daily production monitoring & updating status.

·      knowledge of Mitsubishi M70, Haas, Fanuc control of machine operating system

·      Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, charts and tables

·      Involved in solving manufacturing and quality issues utilizing root cause and analysis tools and implementing correct actions,

·      Record and report each improvement before and after with cost savings detail to the management (Tooling improvement, Parametric changes, Etc.)

·      In-depth knowledge of GD&T with an ability to verify dimensions of machine parts and tools using calibrated measuring instruments

·      Assists with the development of concepts, ideas, and methods for solvingmachining problems

·      Programs and develops setup process to machine difficult 5 axis prototype and first run production jobs

·      Maintaining ISO& AS9100 standard documents. And 5-S activities in Shop floor.

·      Knowledge of manpower Management.

Qualifications:

• Edu Qualification: 12th pass/Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile/ Aeronautics,
• Experience: 3 to 8years
• Software Skills:Delcam (Autodesk) 3 to 5axis Programming with good Experience.
• Language Known: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu & English,
