Voice Process Agent ( Inbound/Outbound)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing broadband customers for plan renewal
• Explain current plans, renewal offers, and promotional benefits clearly
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable renewal plans
• Handle objections and provide effective retention solutions
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain brand standards
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly renewal and retention targets
• Update customer details and call outcomes accurately in CRM systems
• Follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or special cases

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in outbound calling, sales, or retention
• Experience in telecom/broadband processes is an advantage

Note: Good Communication in English and Kannada is must.

Working days: 6 days working including Saturday and Sunday

Work Timing: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
