Key Responsibilities 

1. Guest Service & Table Management ● Greet customers warmly and escort them to their assigned table. ● Ensure tables are clean, neat, and set up with menu, water bottle, cutlery, tissue paper, and spoon stand. ● Provide customer plating and ensure neat presentation of all served items. ● Check cleanliness and condition of water jugs, plates, glasses, spoons, and cutlery before service. 2. Order Taking & Upselling & Service ● Take orders accurately using the Captain App and Petpooja POS software. ● Recommend and upsell higher-value items, drinks, and desserts. ● Serve customer whenever they ask 3. Billing & Payment ● Handle billing through Petpooja POS and EDC machine. 4. DineIN area Cleanliness ● Follow cleaning schedule prescribed for waiters
