Waiter / Steward

Roles & Responsibilities:Customer Service:

• Warmly greet every customer entering the store and make them feel welcome.
• Understand the customer’s needs, preferences, and assist them in choosing products.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and product highlights clearly and confidently.
• Suggest additional products (upselling) based on customer preferences.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.

Service & Operations:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the service counter and seating area.
• Ensure all displays are neat, well-presented, and replenished as needed.
• Handle packaging and presentation of products in a premium and careful manner.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with kitchen and baking team for timely service and replenishment.

Teamwork & Communication:

• Coordinate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Communicate customer feedback and service issues to the supervisor or manager.
• Support the team during peak hours and festive rushes.

Hygiene & Safety:

• Follow all hygiene and food safety standards as per Labonel’s quality policies.
• Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards as per company guidelines.
• Ensure proper cleaning of service utensils, counters, and equipment.
• Preferred Background:Experience in F&B industry or café/hotel service.
• Hotel Management or Hospitality background preferred.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Pleasant personality, punctual, and team-oriented.
