Warehouse Assistant

The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching 2-wheeler accessories and riding gear. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of inventory handling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of accessories and riding gear.
• Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and storage of products.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Update inventory management software (ERP/POS/Excel).

2. Order Processing & Dispatch:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch based on invoices or online orders.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for on-time deliveries.
• Ensure correct items and quantities are shipped with proper packaging.

3. Stock Maintenance:

• Monitor stock levels and assist in stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and damaged goods as per company policy.

4. Coordination & Reporting:

• Support sales and e-commerce teams with inventory queries.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inward/outward stock.
• Assist in periodic audits and reporting to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate (any discipline).
• Experience: 0–2 years in warehouse operations (preferably in automotive, e-commerce, or retail industry).
• Skills:
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Inventory Software, Barcode Scanners).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina for lifting and moving stock.
• Team player with time management skills.
