Warehouse Associate

Job Requirements:

• Education: 10th/12th Pass or above.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in E-commerce/ any warehouse preferred.
• Physical Fitness: Must be able to carry crates/boxes (15-20 kg) up and down stairs.
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge for Amazon/Flipkart claims, Excel updating etc.

Job Description / Duty:

• Daily Picking & Packing: Picking orders accurately and packing them for dispatch.
• Returns Handling: Opening return parcels, checking for damages, and verifying items.
• Claims Management: Filing SAFE-T (Amazon) and SPF (Flipkart) claims for wrong returns.\
• Stock Management: Receiving new stock, counting, and arranging in bins.
• Bulk FBA/FBF shipments packing, labeling.
• Logistics Coordination: Handing over packages to Amazon/Flipkart/3PL pickup boys daily.
• Ground Floor Handover: Carrying packed goods to the ground floor for vehicle pickup.
• You must be ready for physical work (lifting and moving boxes 15 to 20 kgs).
• We need someone Dedicated, Trustworthy, and Punctual.
