Warehouse Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Stock Request Fulfillment

• Receive and process stock requests from multiple retail stores
• Check warehouse inventory and arrange stock accordingly
• Ensure timely dispatch of stock to stores

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with external vendors/partners to arrange stock when unavailable in warehouse
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery

Inward & Inventory Management

• Handle inward stock entries and verify quantities
• Ensure all received stock is properly recorded in the system
• Maintain accurate and updated inventory records

Inventory Control

• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages
• Assist in stock planning and replenishment
• Support periodic stock audits

Warehouse Operations

• Ensure proper storage and organization of products
• Maintain cleanliness and systematic arrangement of warehouse
