Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. As a

Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth by identifying and

pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, negotiating

deals, and achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and

leveraging the existing customer base.

• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and evaluate customer

needs.

• Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their

requirements and address their concerns.

• Prepare and present sales reports, including performance metrics and financial data.

• Visit customers for product demonstrations and sales discussions.

• Negotiate and close deals while addressing customer complaints and objections

professionally.

• Collaborate with team members to maximize results and achieve targets.

• Collect and share customer feedback to improve products, services, and internal

processes.


Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a related role; experience in

the IT hardware industry is an advantage.

Skills:

o Proficiency in English and the local language; knowledge of Hindi is an added

advantage.

o Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is a plus.

o Strong understanding of marketing strategies and negotiation techniques.

o Ability to deliver compelling presentations.

Personal Attributes:

o Quick learner with a passion for sales.

o Self-motivated and results-driven.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
