Warehouse Executive

Job Overview As a Warehouse Executive, you will manage all warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and quality assurance to maintain supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
• Manage par level stocks to prevent stockouts
• Supervise receiving, storing, and dispatching processes
• Ensure accurate order preparation using FIFO methods
• Maintain high order accuracy to minimize returns
• Implement quality checks for incoming and outgoing products
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and hygiene
• Prepare inventory reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
• 3+ years warehouse management experience
• Track record improving inventory processes
• Proficiency with inventory management systems
