Warehouse Incharge

The Warehouse In-Charge will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse operations for a 2-wheeler accessories retail store. This includes inventory control, inward and outward stock movement, coordination with the retail sales team, vendor handling, and ensuring accurate stock records with minimal losses.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock ManagementManage daily inward and outward movement of 2-wheeler accessories
• Maintain accurate stock records (manual or software-based)
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
• Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead stock
• Ensure correct labeling, categorization, and storage of items
• Warehouse OperationsSupervise loading, unloading, and proper storage of goods
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Optimize space utilization and stock arrangement
• Prevent stock damage, loss, or pilferage
• Retail & Sales CoordinationCoordinate with store sales team for timely stock replenishment
• Prepare dispatches for retail counters or branches
• Handle urgent stock requests efficiently
• Vendor & Purchase CoordinationVerify goods received against purchase invoices
• Report shortages, damages, or mismatches to management
• Coordinate returns or replacements with suppliers
• Reporting & DocumentationMaintain GRN, delivery challans, and stock registers
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports
• Update management on stock levels and requirements
• Team HandlingSupervise warehouse helpers/loaders
• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
• Train staff on handling accessories properly

Experience Required 5–7 years in warehouse/store inventory management (retail preferred)
