Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive warehouse manager to oversee and manage daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth inventory flow, efficient team management, and timely dispatch/inward processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations on a daily basis
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock control
• Handle and supervise warehouse staff and workforce planning
• Ensure timely dispatch and inward of goods
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of warehouse activities
• Optimize operational efficiency and reduce process delays
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or similar role
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics operations
• Good leadership and team handling skills
• Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP systems (preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
