Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in our 3PL setup. The role involves, ensuring smooth inbound/outbound operations, maintaining accurate inventory, and delivering high service levels to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch).

Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock audits.

Ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

Ensure compliance with client SLAs and resolve operational issues.

Maintain housekeeping, safety, and process discipline on the warehouse floor.

Requirements:

Graduate in Logistics/Supply Chain or relevant field (preferred).

2-5 years of warehouse experience, ideally in a 3PL environment.

Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
