Job Summary:

We are looking for an engaging, tech-savvy, and professional Webinar Host to lead live online events that inform, educate, and engage our audience. The ideal candidate will be confident in front of a camera, able to manage virtual event platforms, and skilled in keeping audiences engaged throughout the session. You will work closely with internal teams and guest speakers to ensure seamless and impactful webinars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and moderate live and pre-recorded webinars, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
• Introduce speakers, manage Q&A sessions, and facilitate panel discussions.
• Coordinate with the marketing or content team on webinar scripts, agendas, and promotional materials.
• Set up, test, and manage webinar platforms (Zoom, Webex, GoToWebinar, etc.).
• Conduct tech checks and rehearsals with presenters and panelists.
• Monitor live chats, address audience questions, and ensure smooth audience interaction.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during live sessions in real time.
• Ensure brand voice and professionalism are maintained throughout the session.
• Collect feedback and collaborate on post-event follow-ups and performance analytics.
