Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and highly skilled Graphic Designer with Video Editing & Shoot handling experience who can manage end-to-end creative production — from concept development to final delivery.

The candidate should be comfortable working on social media ads, real estate creatives, branding materials, reels, walk-through videos, and site shoot coordination.

This is not a basic designer role — we need a multidisciplinary visual creator.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic DesignDesign high-quality creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and WhatsApp campaigns
• Real estate ad creatives (brochures, banners, hoardings, site branding)
• Landing page creatives & UI visual assets
• Brand identity & campaign theme creation
• Print creatives: flyers, standees, posters, newspaper ads
• Logo adaptation & brand guideline implementation
• Presentation decks for investors & channel partners
• Video Editing & MotionCreate reels, promotional videos, and ad films
• Edit site visit videos, testimonials & walkthroughs
• Add motion graphics, titles, subtitles, and transitions
• Create YouTube ads & Meta video ads
• Short-form content for Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
• Shoot & ProductionPlan and execute on-site shoots (farm projects, plots, amenities, interviews)
• Handle camera setup, framing & lighting basics
• Coordinate with drone operators & photographers
• Direct sales team for testimonial recordings
• 3D & VisualizationCreate basic 3D visualizations of plots/farmhouses
• Landscape concept visuals & layout presentations
• Enhance project marketing through visual storytelling
