Academic Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic, committed, and experienced Academic Coordinator to oversee the academic planning, implementation, and monitoring for our school. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, child development, teacher mentoring, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Planning & Execution

• Plan, implement, and monitor the academic calendar.
• Ensure syllabus completion, lesson plans, and teaching quality.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and academic audits.

2. Teacher Coordination & Training

• Guide and supervise teachers across all grades.
• Conduct training programs, workshops, and mentoring sessions.
• Support teachers in planning lessons, assessments, and classroom management.

3. Student Learning & Performance

• Track student performance through tests, exams, and activities.
• Identify slow learners & design improvement programs.
• Implement remedial classes and skill-development activities.

4. Curriculum Management

• Ensure adherence to CBSE/State board guidelines.
• Coordinate with management for curriculum upgrades and academic improvements.
• Plan co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

5. Parent & Stakeholder Communication

• Address academic-related parent queries during PTMs.
• Maintain effective communication between parents, teachers, and management.

6. Administration & Reporting

• Coordinate timetables, substitutions, and teacher schedules.
• Maintain academic documentation and reports.
• Support management in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.
