With 200,000+ students trained across India and abroad, NSA is committed to helping learners build successful, high-growth careers in finance.We are expanding our Inside Sales team and looking for passionate, student-centric professionals who can guide aspirants towards the right career path.Role OverviewAs a Career Counsellor / Inside Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for students exploring global finance careers. Your role is to understand their goals, provide accurate guidance, and help them choose the right NSA program—while driving admissions through consultative sales.Key Responsibilities1. Career Counselling & Student GuidanceUnderstand students’ education background, career goals, and aspirations.
  • Recommend suitable programs (CMA, CPA, ACCA, EA, CFA, etc.) based on their interests and eligibility.
  • Educate students on exam patterns, job opportunities, salaries, and global career paths.
  • 2. Inside Sales & ConversionsHandle inbound queries (calls, WhatsApp, website leads, webinar leads) and follow up consistently.
  • Perform outbound calls to prospective students and nurture leads.
  • Deliver compelling program pitches, overcome objections, and convert leads into enrollments.
  • 3. Lead Management & CRM HandlingMaintain accurate lead status, call notes, and student records in the CRM (NeoDove or similar).
  • Track daily/weekly conversions, follow-ups, and pipeline reports.
  • 4. Relationship BuildingBuild trust and long-term relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
  • Support students through the admission and onboarding process.
  • 5. Market Knowledge & Product MasteryStay updated on global finance certifications, industry opportunities, admission policies, and competitor offerings.
  • Communicate NSA’s unique value proposition (placements, study materials, pass rates, faculty expertise).
  • What We’re Looking For1–5 years of Inside Sales / Academic Counselling experience (EdTech preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (English + regional language).
  • Ability to guide students with empathy, confidence, and professionalism.
  • A consultative selling approach—not pushy, but value-driven.
  • Ability to meet monthly admissions targets.
  • Passion for helping students build global careers.
  • Experience with CRM tools (NeoDove, Leadsquared, Freshsales, etc.) is a plus.
