Role ObjectiveWe are looking for a goal-oriented and empathetic Academic Counselor to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for students and parents, guiding them through educational pathways, course selection, and career planning to help them achieve their academic goals.

• Key Responsibilities
• Student Advisory: Provide detailed information regarding courses, curriculum, and career prospects to prospective students and parents.
• Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings to convert leads into admissions.
• Academic Planning: Assist students in identifying their strengths and selecting the right programs according to their career aspirations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and manage the end-to-end admission process.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive courses, and university requirements.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: PUC / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and [Insert Local Language].
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and handle queries with patience and clarity.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in counseling, sales, or education management.
