📌 Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents on academic programs, courses, and career pathways

• Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online leads
• Explain course details, fees, schedules, and learning outcomes clearly
• Convert leads into enrollments by effective counseling and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate student and lead records in CRM systems
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth admissions
• Participate in education fairs, school visits, and promotional events
• Support students throughout the enrollment and onboarding process

🎯 Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Counseling preferred)

• 0–4 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
• Goal-oriented with a positive and empathetic approach
