š¹ Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Counsel students & parents about NEET, IIT-JEE, CET & PUC programs
ā¢ Explain courses, fee structure, and admission process
ā¢ Convert enquiries into admissions
ā¢ Maintain follow-ups with leads
ā¢ Coordinate with academic & admin teams
ā¢ Maintain student database and CRM records
š¹ Requirements:
ā¢ Excellent communication skills (English + Kannada/Hindi preferred)
ā¢ Strong convincing & counselling skills
ā¢ Minimum 1 year experience in education / sales (preferred)
ā¢ Confident, presentable & target-oriented
ā¢ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM handling)
