Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

● Make outbound cold calls to working professionals and handle inbound enquiries.

● Counsel candidates about Online PG programs, including course structure, eligibility, fees, and career prospects.

● Understand students’ educational background and career goals to recommend suitable programs.

● Regularly follow up with leads and maintain a proper conversion funnel.

● Achieve monthly admission targets.

● Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM/Excel.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing.

● Build strong rapport and maintain professional communication with prospective students. 

Required Skills:

● Excellent verbal communication in Kannada and basic English (mandatory).

● Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation skills.

● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).

● Ability to confidently handle working professionals.Target-oriented and self-motivated.

● Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

● Good knowledge of Adichunchanagiri University.

● Awareness of the legacy of Sri Sri Dr. Nirmalanandanatha Mahaswamiji.

● Must be willing to work from the Koramangala location.

● Must have their own laptop.
