Academic Counsellor

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to students who are interested in learning programs.
• Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities to potential candidates.
• Follow up with interested candidates and guide them through the admission process.
• Visit colleges and educational institutions to get approval for conducting webinars/seminars.
• Coordinate and organize webinars, workshops, or seminars for students.
• Build and maintain relationships with college authorities and placement cells.
• Maintain a database of student leads and follow-up records.
• Work towards achieving monthly admission/enrollment targets.
• Provide regular reports on leads, conversions, and outreach activities.
• Required SkillsGood communication and presentation skills
• Basic sales and convincing ability
• Ability to build relationships with students and colleges
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools (preferred)

Willingness to travel to colleges for outreach activities
