Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities 

* Interface with prospective students and parents via inbound and outbound calls, 

emails, and walk-ins.

*Convert qualified leads from various sources (in-house, microsites, digital 

campaigns, etc.) into confirmed admissions across PAN India.

* Understand student needs, preferences, and career aspirations to recommend 

suitable programs.

*Manage the complete end-to-end admission process, ensuring a seamless experience 

from enquiry to enrolment.

*Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets consistently.

*Maintain accurate and updated student information on CRM tools (LeadSquared, 

ExtraEdge, NoPaperForm, etc.).

*Support and coordinate admission-related events, counselling sessions, and activities.

*Liaise with students, parents, and guardians to provide clear information regarding 

admission procedures, eligibility, and documentation.
