Role Description:

• Provide personalized counseling sessions to understand educational aspirations, challenges, and needs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and meet revenue goals.
• Regularly track progress, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
• Working together with cross-functional teams, such as those for product development and marketing, to enhance the general sales process and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduation
• Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills
• Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory
• 1-3 Years Experience. (Freshers are also welcome)
