About the Role

Hello Mentor is hiring a passionate Client Relationship Specialist to mentor students and parents through admissions. The role focuses on helping them make informed decisions based on rank, interests, and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end counselling and 1:1 mentorship
• Guide on rank analysis, college/branch selection, and admission strategy
• Support counselling processes (JoSAA, KCET, COMEDK, VITEEE, BITSAT, etc.)
• Assist with choice filling, seat allotment, and admission decisions
• Analyse cut-offs, trends, and seat matrices for strategic guidance
• Build strong relationships and ensure high client satisfaction

Eligibility & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred)
• 2 year experience in counselling/admissions
• Strong knowledge of (engineering branches preferred) and career paths
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Student-first mindset with a proactive approach

• Role: Academic Mentor
• CTC: Up to 5 LPA
• Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru
• Type: Full-time, Onsite (6 days/week)
• Experience: 2-5 Years
