Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an Academic Relationship Manager to cultivate meaningful partnerships with colleges and universities, introducing our innovative skill-based courses. The role involves engaging with academic leaders such as Vice-Chancellors, Principals, and Directors to integrate these programs effectively within their institutions. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, able to navigate the academic environment, and committed to fostering long-lasting relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  Relationship Development & Collaboration:

    Engage with academic leaders at HEIs to introduce our skill-based programs and demonstrate their relevance to the evolving educational landscape.

    Establish, build, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with Vice-Chancellors, Deans, Principals, and other key decision-makers.


  Program Introduction & Integration:

    Present tailored program offerings to align with the strategic goals of partner institutions.

    Work closely with academic leadership to ensure successful implementation of our training solutions, maintaining ongoing support throughout.


  Strategic Engagement:

    Stay informed about the needs and challenges of HEIs, leveraging this knowledge to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

    Represent Reach Much Higher at educational conferences, seminars, and events, positioning the organization as a leader in skill-based education.


  Continuous Support & Monitoring:

    Provide ongoing guidance to partner institutions, ensuring the smooth adoption of our courses and facilitating any adjustments needed for optimal program success.

    Gather and respond to feedback from educational partners to ensure continuous improvement and satisfaction.


  Reporting & Insights:

    Regularly report on partnership activities, program outcomes, and opportunities for further collaboration.

    Track progress and outcomes against established key performance indicators (KPIs).


Qualifications:

  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.

  3-5 years of experience in relationship management or academic partnership roles.

  Proven ability to engage and work with senior academic leadership.

  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  Willingness to travel as required to foster and maintain academic partnerships.


Preferred Skills:

  Familiarity with the functioning of higher education institutions and knowledge of academic program structures.

  Experience with educational technology, curriculum integration, or skill-based training programs.

  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve goals.
