Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make sales and purchase entries in the accounting system.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, filing, and documentation work.
- Organise and maintain invoices, receipts, and supporting records.
- Provide day-to-day support to senior accounts staff.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for required documents.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits, credits, ledgers).
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Education: B.Com or similar background preferred (freshers welcome).
