Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make sales and purchase entries in the accounting system.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, filing, and documentation work.
  • Organise and maintain invoices, receipts, and supporting records.
  • Provide day-to-day support to senior accounts staff.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for required documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits, credits, ledgers).
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Education: B.Com or similar background preferred (freshers welcome).
