In this role, you will work under the supervision of qualified professionals and our Chartered Accountant to manage accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in finance and a hands-on approach to financial reporting, ensuring seamless compliance and operational efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Should have hands-on experience in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point). • Good interpersonal, presentation, communication and team management skills. • Experience of accounting compliance software like Tally and QuickBooks. • Experience of taxation software for TDS returns. • Experience for Compliance with TDS, GST, Income Tax Professional Tax, Provident Fund and other labor compliances. • Experience of AR/AP, Bank Reconciliation Statement and should know to prepare monthly/yearly Profit and Loss A/C for management. • Candidate should be very good at accounting. Who You Are • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. • 2-4 years of experience in accounting/finance. • Proficient in Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books. • Strong in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with auditors, vendors, and internal teams. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments (startup experience is a plus).
