Accounts Executive / Finance Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office (Monday–Saturday)

Experience: 5–8 years

Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)

About Us

D’Curve is a premium modular kitchen and wardrobe manufacturing company known for quality

craftsmanship and innovation. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Accounts Executive / Finance

Coordinator to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records in 6Orbit, and coordinate

with our CA firm for statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance:

• Manage all daily accounting entries in 6Orbit ERP, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

• Handle vendor bills, purchase orders, and expense entries in coordination with the operations team.

• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and customer payments regularly.

• Prepare monthly financial summaries (P&L, cash flow, outstanding reports) for management review.

• Support external CA firm with data for GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documents.

Vendor & Payment Coordination:

• Work with the Director to track purchase orders, payment schedules, and vendor settlements.

• Verify invoices and ensure correct linkage to POs before release of payments.

• Maintain a system for vendor follow-ups and payment reminders.

Operational & Administrative Support:

• Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement tracking.

• Help streamline financial processes using 6Orbit features and internal reporting tools.

• Liaise with management for budget tracking, petty cash, and approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and operations coordination.

• Hands-on experience in ERP-based accounting systems (6Orbit, Zoho, Tally, etc.).

• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and vendor management.

• Strong in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and MIS preparation.

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership mindset.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
