Candidates should have knowledge of TALLY accounting software, Responsibilities of candidates include: • Should be able to maintain bank statements • manage invoices • help the senior accounts team Position: Accountant and Back office Coordinator ,Generating Invoices, e Sugam ,Maintaining Bills and other necessary Documentation • Compiling all expenses and all other Accounts and coordinating with AUDITOR • Coordinating for DELIVERY and follow up for new Orders • Communicating with Customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads. • Proactively follow up with leads generated. • Monitoring Sales Activity and coordinating with Sales team • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities. • Upselling products and services. • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. • The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and interactive. • Preference will be given to candidate who can speak all three languages. (Kannada, Hindi and English). • Should be computer literate with knowledge of Ecommerce. • Should be a person with high interpersonal skills, a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision.
