Account Executive (Accounting)

Industry: Sweet / Food Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities

• Daily accounting entries of sales, purchase, receipts, and payments
• Billing and invoice entry as per delivery challans (DC) and GRN
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable
• Follow-up with customers for outstanding payments
• Bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance
• Maintain GST sales & purchase registers
• Assist in GST return preparation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• Maintain vendor bills, expense vouchers, and supporting documents
• Coordinate with production and store team for stock and expense data
• Assist CA during monthly and annual audits

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in accounting (food/sweet manufacturing preferred)
• Knowledge of Tally / ERP software
• Basic understanding of GST & TDS
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Accuracy, discipline, and ability to work under deadlines
