Account Executive (Accounting)

Job Title: AccountantLocation: Bangalore

Experience Required: 2 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / BBA (Finance) or equivalent (Mandatory)

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day accounting activities and bookkeeping
• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliation
• Assist in GST filing, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support audit process and maintain proper documentation
• Maintain petty cash and expense tracking
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP software
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Preferred:Immediate joiners preferred
• Experience working in a manufacturing / IT / service company is an added advantage
