Account Executive (Accounting)

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, accurate data entry, compliance support, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients. The role requires hands-on experience in accounting software and basic knowledge of GST and statutory compliance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

📘 Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP

Record purchase, sales, expense, and journal vouchers

Maintain cash & bank books

Perform bank reconciliations regularly

Maintain customer & vendor ledgers

🧾 Billing & Invoicing

Prepare GST-compliant sales invoices

Track site-wise invoices & collections

Maintain invoice, quotation & warranty document records

🧮 GST & Statutory Support

Prepare data for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

Assist in GST 2B reconciliation

Support TDS calculations & filings

Coordinate with CA for compliance & audits

💰 Payments & Follow-ups

Track vendor, supplier & labour payments

Follow up on outstanding receivables

Maintain payment schedules & approvals

📂 Documentation & Reporting

Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers & contracts

Prepare MIS reports as required

Support internal & statutory audits
