Account Executive (Accounting)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime to manage daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

Record and maintain sales, purchase, journal, payment, and receipt vouchers.

Perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash transactions.

Prepare and maintain ledger accounts, balance sheets, and P&L statements.

Manage GST entries, returns filing, and reconciliation.

Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and filing.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

Maintain vendor and customer account reconciliation.

Ensure all financial data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with accounting standards.
