Job Description
Job Description: Accountant & MIS Executive
Company Name: FinAxis Distributors Private Limited
Location: HSR Layout
Salary: ₹15000-20,000 per month + Annual Bonus
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
Prepare, analyze, and manage MIS reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
Handle billing and invoicing accurately and within timelines
Perform MIS reconciliation and ensure data accuracy
Manage tax reconciliation (basic knowledge of GST & TDS)
Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Tally
Strong command over Excel
Experience in MIS preparation and reconciliation
Knowledge of billing & invoicing
Understanding of tax reconciliation
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualification & Experience:
B.Com or equivalent qualification
1–2 years of relevant accounting / MIS experience preferred
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed salary: ₹20,000 per month
