Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily accounting records in Tally Prime.

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) end-to-end.

• Prepare and process invoices, credit notes, and payment vouchers.

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and vendor dues.

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance entries.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

• Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit documentation.

• Generate MIS reports and maintain financial records systematically.

Requirements

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

• Experience: 2–5 years in accounting or finance.

• Technical Skills: Strong command of Tally Prime (mandatory), proficiency in MS Excel, understanding

of GST, TDS, and statutory filing processes.

• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, ownership, and good communication
