Accountant

Looking for a Candidate with 7 to 10 years of Real Estate Accounting Experience in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

1.    Financial Accounting: Maintain bank reconciliations and prepare Cashflows and maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

2.    Oversee and control Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

3.    Taxation: Handle filing of GST, TDS and file tax returns including Advance Tax, and stay updated on tax regulations.

4.    Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, prepare reports (income statements, balance sheets), and provide recommendations.

5.    Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, monitor performance.

6.    Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensure regulatory compliance, including RERA requirements.

7.    Contracts & Purchases: Coordinate with the Purchase team to finalise and issue Purchase Orders and monitor financial performance as per the PO issued.

8.    Maintain and pay staff salaries

9.    Oversee office administration and monitor and pay office expenses like rent, internet and petty cash, etc.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance (Masters/CPA preferred).

7 to 10 years of experience in accounting, taxation, contracts, and purchases, must in real estate. Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, RERA, and proficiency in accounting software (Tally, MS Excel).
