Accountant

• Financial Recording: Accurately record daily transactions, manage general ledger, and reconcile accounts (e.g., bank statements). 
• Daily: Record transactions, reconcile accounts, manage cash flow.

Compile financial statements, review budgets, update tax records, close accounts. 

Maintaining accurate general ledgers by recording and categorizing daily transactions such as sales, expenses, and payments.

• Reconciliation: Periodically comparing bank statements and internal ledgers to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Auditing: Conducting internal audits to verify data integrity and supporting external auditors with documentation.

Essential Skills

• Technical: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP),M-S WORD and Advanced proficiency in accounting software namely TALLY is a must.
• Candidate must be ready to work as a team and co ordinate with CO-workers and the Managing Director of the company.
• candidate must prepare invoices and prepare and daily reports to the concerned person.
