Accountant

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field of accounting. The ideal candidate must be proficient in handling GST, PF, PT, ESI, and TDS filings. and must be skilled in Tally.

Candidates should be MBA/M.com or Bcom with relevant experience and should have sound accounting knowledge with specific experience in Tally.

Responsibilities

Accounting the revenue and purchase .

Accounting the expenses.

Must have hands on experience with TDS filing and GST filing.

Maintain files and records upto date.

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

Maintain accurate accounts payable records and reconcile vendor statement.

Manage Customer accounts, track receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments.

Reconcile bank statement with general ledger account on weekly basis.

Prepare daily cash report.

Assist with month-end and year- end closing procedure.

Assist with financial audits and tax returns.
