Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accounting records, including ledgers and journals.

• Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
• Handle all aspects of GST compliance, including registration, return filing, and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of GST liabilities and credits.
• Collaborate with other departments to compile financial data and support decision-making processes.
• Assist with tax preparation and liaise with external auditors during financial audits.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations, GST laws, and best practices.
