Accountant

About the Role:

Mumbai Pav Co. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, vendor payments, and compliance for its growing F&B business in Bangalore.Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum graduate in commerce or related field
• At least 1 years of accounting experience (preferably in F&B, hospitality, or FMCG)
• Comfortable using Zoho Books or similar accounting software
• Must be based in Bangalore and ready for immediate or short-notice joining
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and reconciliations
• Prepare GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports
• Generate regular financial reports for management review
• Coordinate with the purchase and operations teams for invoice verification and approvals
• Monitor cash flows and maintain banking and petty cash records
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for multiple outlets
• Liaise with external auditors or consultants during audits
