Job Summary:

Sree Enterprise is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial transactions, handling GST compliance, preparing reports for management, and coordinating with internal teams and auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily bank statements for all branches.
• Record and manage cash-in-hand transactions for all branches.
• Enter purchase bills and maintain purchase records.
• Record expenses, including employee cash payments.
• Prepare and generate e-invoices as per GST requirements.
• Handle GST-related work including filing and reconciliation.
• Prepare incentive calculations and related reports.
• Generate sales and purchase reports for management review.
• Maintain complete accounting records for Sree Enterprise (SE) and Sree Food Machinery (SFM).
• Coordinate with auditors for financial documentation and compliance.
• Communicate with different branches regarding accounting matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial data entry and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• Knowledge of accounting principles and GST regulations.
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally or similar systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance preferred.
