Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial records, and supporting budgeting and reporting activities. This position is vital for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update general ledger and financial records.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Manage invoices, billing, and payment tracking.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
