Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Taxation Executive to manage financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and handle taxation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting:Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prepare and review journal entries, invoices, and bank reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare financial statements and MIS reports
Taxation:
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Handle TDS calculations, returns, and compliance
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues
- Assist in income tax filings and audits
- Keep updated with changes in tax laws and regulations
Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and assessments
