Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, monitor receivables and payables, and support smooth financial management of the company.

• ✅ Key Responsibilities1. Accounts ManagementMaintain daily accounting entries in Tally / accounting software
• Record sales, purchase, expenses, and journal entries
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices
• 2. Billing & ReceivablesGenerate sales invoices and quotations when required
• Track outstanding payments from clients and dealers
• Coordinate with sales team for payment follow-ups
• Prepare ageing reports of receivables
• 3. Payables ManagementProcess vendor bills and payment entries
• Maintain supplier ledger and payment schedules
• Verify purchase bills with GRN / delivery details
• 4. GST & CompliancePrepare GST data and coordinate with CA for filing
• Maintain tax records and compliance documents
• Handle e-invoice and e-way bill processes
• 5. Bank & Cash ManagementBank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Monitor cash flow and daily transactions
• Maintain petty cash records
• 6. Financial ReportingPrepare monthly financial reports
• Profit & loss tracking
• Support management in budgeting and cost monitoring
