Accountant

Strong proficiency in Tally for accounting, reporting and reconciliations.​

Good understanding of basic accounting principles and finalization concepts.

Knowledge of GST, TDS and other indirect tax basics.

Proficiency in MS Excel for reconciliations and MIS reports.

​

High attention to detail, numerical accuracy and data confidentiality.

Record all sales, purchase, journal, payment and receipt entries in Tally accurately and on time.​

​

Maintain and reconcile ledgers, supplier and customer accounts, and bank statements periodically in Tally.

​

Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet and other MIS reports from Tally data for management review.

​

Handle GST working, prepare and file GST returns, and maintain related documentation.

​

Handle TDS calculation, deduction, return filing and related reconciliations.

​

Manage accounts payable and receivable, monitor credit periods and follow up for payments.

​

Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing reports and ledger details from Tally.

​

Ensure compliance with basic accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements.
