Job Title : Accountant

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, GST & TDS filling and complete accounting processes. The role requires accuracy, responsibility and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day to day accounting entries in Tally ERP.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Handle Complete book keeping, including journal entries, ledgers, cash book and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B annual filling) accurately and on time.
• Manage accounts payable and and accounts receivable.
• Track expenses, prepare invoices and monitor outstanding payments.
• Handle TDS calculations, payments and return filing.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Hands on experience in GST filling and related compliance.
• Knowledge of TDS, PF/ESI and basic statutory requirements.
• Handle Pay role process.
• Ability to manage complete acccounts independently.
