As an Accounts Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the company’s financial operations. You will manage accounts payable, maintain organized financial records, handle customer account documentation, and coordinate import-related financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete accounts payable cycle, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial transactions.
• Maintain and manage financial records for customer accounts, including invoices, stock documentation, and payment tracking.
• Process invoices promptly and resolve discrepancies with efficiency and professionalism.
• Coordinate and manage financial documentation for new imports, ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ensure all records are organized, up-to-date, and aligned with internal policies and statutory requirements.
