Job Description
Job Summary
CJ Bagbox Packaging Company is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience in handling accounts in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP system.
- Prepare and post journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of cost accounting is preferred.
